Thus, I'm not getting any of the dependencies pulled in by Kodi in my dev setup, nor do I see missing dependencies in the Kodi 19 repos, unfortunately So I did that, re-zipped the files, put the new zip folder renamed xbmc.python-2.24.zip on a USB drive, then from within Kodi tried to install from zip file, pointing it to that zip file on the USB drive, but it fails to install. Yes, looks like dependencies are only checked on install time, and the xbmc.python one is checked on every addon load.
